Payment for your personalized skin care product is due at the time of placing the order and will be made by credit or debit card via our website. When providing the payment details you guarantee that the details are correct and that you are the person referred to the billing information provided. You will receive a receipt for your order via email. If an item ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.
When purchasing products from this website you recognize and accepted that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that NINNI Ltd can not be held responsible for such occurrences. If you have very sensitive skin we encourage you to perform a patch test on the skin for any adverse reactions. As many of the ingredients in the products used are natural they are crop dependent which may result in small inconsistencies from batch to batch, but this does not affect the performance of the products. It is recommended that the products are stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Once you receive your parcel from us please check it carefully and notify us upon receipt if anything is incorrect, damaged or missing. If you do not do this we are not obliged a rejection of the products at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you wish to return your personalised product for any reason, you must notify Us within 7 days of receiving your order with your reason for returning the products. Only products that are in an unopened, unused condition and at its original state will be accepted. All re-delivery costs will be your responsibility, unless the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. All goods must be returned within 14 days of you receiving them. Once We have received and inspected the goods, the refund will be issued via PayPal.
